North Carolina CLE Requirements Overview

North Carolina requires 2 hours of ethics and 10 hours of other approved activities annually; every third year, they require one additional hour of ethics credit dealing specifically with substance abuse and/or mental health issues for attorneys. Credit is based on a 60-minute hour. Activities that are primarily social in nature are not approved.
